my most important vessel is my coffee mug. sadly, I recently dropped my all-time favorite coffee mug, and it shattered. Now I am searching for an exact reproduction... something with the same size, weight, ceramic thickness at the lips, the handle.. coloring is important too. I don't think I can drink my coffee out of a yellow mug.
Alas, I cannot seem to find it. I am like Goldilocks, looking for one that is "Just Right"... Somedays, I am so exasperated by the mug selection at home, that I go out for coffee. That is a sad day when I prefer to drink out of a paper cup than at home, in my pajamas, with a hot steamy mug of home brew...

Re: coffee mug
Sun, May 30, 2004 - 10:27 AMgood news! i am sitting her with a new mug that i am trying out for this first time this morning... it seems to be the right thickness, the right weight,... the handle is a little off, and the design is horrible, but a girl could come to appreciate the good qualities and ignore the poor qualities... that is, until Mr. Right Mug comes along! -
